Kali has six years of experience as an Asset Manager for low-income affordable multi-family housing portfolios. Having overseen the reserve capital planning, project management, and portfolio compliance for her organization, Kali brings years of experience and an owner’s perspective to her work at Pono Building Consultants. After graduating from Pacific University with a degree in Comparative History, Kali joined AmeriCorps VISTA and began her career in community-based housing services. She is passionate about helping owners and communities preserve housing and plan for their future needs.
